I was lucky enough to have Nikki Mattison and Donna Story of the Story Team represent me in the purchase of my new home last year. A few weeks prior to closing we encountered complications with the builder/seller. The hours spent by Nikki and Donna in getting us to a successful closing went far beyond what would normally be expected by a realtor. Their competence and professionalism are second to none. Let me start by humbly saying that I am personally a real estate broker in the Austin area with several agents that work for us. You can bet that I am probably a lot more critical when it comes to expectations for service and how a transaction should run. That said, Donna, Dale and their team far exceeded those expectations and I will be using this experience as an example to train our own agents for years to come. I needed help selling my grandfather's home in Huntsville. Donna was referred to us by a mutual colleague and thank God she was. This turned out to be a tricky transaction for a multitude of reasons. Donna and Dale never flinched. They went above and beyond the duties of a typical agent, thought outside of the box, and made things happen. Their communication is impeccable, they were on top of every detail, but most importantly, they bring a level of personal warmth that will make you forget you're even doing a business transaction. I walked away with some new and true friends and would highly recommend them anytime.
